WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will contribute to the bank's community health by delivering friendly service and building client relationships in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and growth within WaFd Bank, with Monday–Friday hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for internal advancement across nine Western states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service mindset.

As a CSR you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

• Technically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems and ability to adapt to change
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
• Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service. In addition, they must be kind.

Experience:

• Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.
