Job summary

Graybar in Corpus Christi seeks a customer service professional to ensure top-notch customer experiences on inbound calls and written correspondence. You will support product selection and application, process orders, pricing and credits, and help maintain smooth order flow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a passion for service, and the ability to handle diverse customer scenarios with tact. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with compensation in the $22.00–$27.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Experience handling a variety of customer situations with tact.
• Minimum 4 years experience preferred.
• High School education required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written communication in a timely, professional manner, with follow-up on all issues
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
• Provide support on product selection and application
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims

Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is between $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
