Crash Champions in Columbus, OH is seeking a customer‑focused team member to support busy collision repair operations. You will greet customers, handle calls and emails, direct inquiries, and assist with clerical tasks for General Managers and Service Advisors.

The position offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, and paid holidays. Pay ranges from USD 10.70 to 24.35 per hour, with eligibility based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and prospective customers in a prompt, professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and written communications.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and entry of information into accounting systems.
• Balance month-end statements and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
