Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Remote Sales Advisor - Building & Architectural vertical to their Nexus team.

The Insurance Sales Advisor actively develops and maintains a pipeline of potential clients and sources referrals for new business. As a consultant, you will analyze and develop solutions to meet clients' goals and partner with Account Management to ensure new business success and client retention.

Essential Functions

• Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert them.
• Source referrals for developing additional contacts and opportunities.
• Attend industry events to source referrals and increase industry knowledge.
• Participate in training to develop selling and closing skills.
• Meet or exceed set annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience selling B2B or insurance solutions to C-suite executives.
• Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverage and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to cold call and set appointments with potential clients.
