Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Brea, California. The role focuses on handling high volumes of calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in call center roles, may have HVAC or plumbing industry familiarity, can type 45+ WPM while multitasking, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan.

This position is in-office, in the city of Brea.

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $20 USD - $24 USD
