Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Chicago, IL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to service customers, enter orders, verify accuracy, and handle calls in a fast-paced environment. This hourly role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong data entry, communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Computer experience and ability to accurately type numbers.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

What You’ll Get to Do

TheCustomer Service Representative is located in Chicago, IL. The position is focused on servicing customers and entering orders into our system, reviewing orders for accuracy, answering incoming calls from our existing customer base and other miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position, and the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Position Pay Range

$20 - $22 USD
