Job summary

Alumni Hall Stores, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep to greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, operate the cash register, and help with returns in accordance with company policy.

You will develop knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities while supporting store cleanliness, displays, and teamwork with store management.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Fold, size, and replenish merchandise.
• Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms.
• Assist in merchandise displays.
• Communicate customer requests/concerns to management.
• Operate the cash register and ring up sales.
• Assist with customer returns in accordance with company policy.
• Support brand reps with the checkout experience and email capture.
• Develop knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities.
