Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in South Charlotte, NC seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Supply Chain Team. The role is hybrid—3 days in the office and 2 days from home—reporting to the PT Inventory Planning Manager within a team of four.

You will handle order availability, respond to inquiries and claims, enter orders for non-EDI centers, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customers while upholding professional branding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service.
• Preferred experience working in SAP.
• Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
• Customer focused (internal and external).
• Confidence to face and tackle problems and challenges.
• Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.

Responsibilities

Your role

The Customer Service Representative is an important member of the Supply Chain Team reporting directly to the PT Inventory Planning Manager. You will work with a team of 3 other Supply Chain Professionals at our South Charlotte location (About 3-4 miles from Carowinds) This is a Hybrid position #LI-Hybrid Working 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home.

• You will act as an important customer contact to provide information about the availability and delivery of orders
• You will manage customer inquiries and claims timely and efficiently
• You will work cross functionally with all departments to investigate claims and support customer requests
• You will Provide quotes and enter orders for non-EDI customer centers
• You will Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
• You will Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while trying your best to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
• You will Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

To succeed, you will need

2+ years in Customer Service

Preferred experience working in SAP

Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics

Customer focused (both internal and external)

Confidence to face and tackle problems and challenges

Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer

Efficient and organized in daily tasks

Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests

Associates degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experienc
