Job summary

Planet Fitness in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, attentive service at the club entrance. This part-time role includes greeting members, answering questions, signing up new members, and keeping the front desk area tidy and welcoming.

You will be assisting with tours, processing updates, and addressing billing inquiries while lifting and standing for the shift. This position offers benefits and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
