Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing high volumes of transactions, and resolving complex inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role will report to the Lead Customer Service Representative and be based out of our Irvine office.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on cross-departmental Continuous Improvement projects while identifying opportunities for improvements and efficient processes
  • Receive, validate, and process customer orders placed from phone, email, or fax
  • Process and input high order volumes (60+ per day) into an ERP system
  • Issue Customer Credits and process RGA's
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Liaison between customers, sales team, and US operations team
  • Critically think through complex inquiries and develop customer resolutions
  • Provide Customers assistance with general inquiries via phone or email

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in customer service role or related industry experience
  • Excellent data entry abilities and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills over the phone/email
  • Experience with ERP systems and high-volume order processing
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000-$60,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positionsthat work inother states.
