Palmetto Exterminators is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Summerville, SC. This full-time clerical role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, while scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts.

The CSR will handle inquiries with empathy, maintain accurate records, and support branch operations. Training provided; background check and drug test required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior pest control experience necessary — training provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based software programs.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
