PSG is seeking an Order Processing professional to handle inbound customer calls, process sales orders and resolve routine delivery issues using our computerized system. This role may promote products/services and requires practical knowledge of the job area, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Eligible for a discretionary bonus plan.

Order Processing work is focused on responding to inbound customer calls (business-to-business or business-to-consumer) related to processing sales orders and resolving routine order/delivery issues including: Using a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls. Responds to routine inquiries (such as address changes, delivery delays, etc.) by referring customers to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior team members. May promote products/services, but does not have a sales quota. May include operator services positions An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Works independently with general supervision.. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
