Domino's Pizza Acworth is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. This role requires good judgment, strong math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will stock ingredients, prep products, process telephone orders, and help keep the work area clean during shifts. Weekend/holiday flexibility applies; health insurance is offered after one year of full-time

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products.
• Greet customers warmly, whether on the phone or in person, and answer menu questions.
• Address guest service complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative situations into positive ones.
• Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representatives

General Job Duties

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Help keep equipment and facility clean during shift.
• Take customer orders to parking lot for car side service.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Criminal background check meeting company standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
