JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. You must be 16 years of age or older.

General job duties for all store team members:

  1. Operate all equipment.
  2. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  3. Prepare product.
  4. Receive and process telephone orders.
  5. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  6. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

  1. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  2. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  3. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  4. Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  5. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  6. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  7. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  2. Walking: For short distances for short durations.
  3. Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
  4. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
  5. Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
  6. Pushing: To move trays which are placed on dollies.
  7. Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  8. Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
  9. Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
  10. Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
  11. Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential.
