Job Description:

The Property Manager aims to be the best Customer Service Representative in the industry.

• Operate independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and offer packing/moving supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of surfaces and high-touch areas
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections and ensure units are ready for rent
• Manage cash, reconcile accounts, and handle deposits
• Follow up on payments and perform collection calls as needed

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or service industries.
