INDPGWCORP is seeking a Customer Service representative in Minot, ND to coordinate with distribution centers and customers, managing paint orders, pricing inquiries, and in-store support. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, inventory awareness, and strong communication.

Experience with automotive paint, PPE, and related equipment is required or preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish skills valued. On-site work with opportunities to engage customers face-to-face and online leads.

Description

In this position, you will communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services. Also, handle customers via phone calls or walk-in over-the-counter sales, and assist with paint customers at there location or in store. Must have experience with Automotive Paint, PPE, and paint equipment.

• A ssist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Assist our paint customers at their location in over the counter with questions and equipment needs
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry,
  cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads
• May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  High School or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge with Automotive Paint, PBE and Equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Call Center Customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
• 2+ years of college.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.
• Be attentive to details.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
