Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate with sales and installation teams to manage projects, ensure excellent client experiences, and foster reviews, referrals, and cross-sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and franchise owner to organize project documentation.
  • Track and schedule project timelines.
  • Visit job sites to deliver materials and meet technicians as needed.
  • Place and verify orders with suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively within a team.
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage prospects.
  • Check deliveries for damage and accuracy, sign for deliveries, and assist team members.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly motivated and dependable.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn new computer programs.
