Job summary

Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale & East Valley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice guiding customers through repairs and scheduling.

You will manage calls, book in-home service, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth, high-quality service for households in the Tempe area. Ideal candidates have solid communication and data-entry abilities, plus a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer.
• Schedule in-home service appointments with technicians.
• Explain appointment times and services needed to customers.
• Inventory management - receive parts, manage returns, and assign inventory to jobs.
• Attention to detail - take good notes to relay information to technicians and staff.
• Accounts Receivable management - handle customer payments and payment data.
• Teamwork - collaborate with office and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
