What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide timely telephone support to customers while entering data into the Medtronic Business System
- Document product complaints, service requests, and inquiries generated by customers
- Issue Return Goods Authorizations and coordinate follow-ups on Sales Orders
- Escalate customer requests and issues to a Technical Services Specialist when appropriate
- Stay updated on procedures related to job functions that affect product and service quality
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal departments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a call center environment or customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Medtronic products or similar healthcare technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Previous experience with sales order processing or customer follow-up
