What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide timely telephone support to customers while entering data into the Medtronic Business System
  • Document product complaints, service requests, and inquiries generated by customers
  • Issue Return Goods Authorizations and coordinate follow-ups on Sales Orders
  • Escalate customer requests and issues to a Technical Services Specialist when appropriate
  • Stay updated on procedures related to job functions that affect product and service quality
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal departments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and communication
