Primary Objective

Ensure effective and efficient coordination between the company and its customers with a high level of service and support.

Primary Function And Scope

• Provide customer account management, including order entry, inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management.
• Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Experience And Knowledge Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
3+ years of call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Competencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Conversational and professional voice quality. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, and processing standards. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, interpersonal relationship‑building, and computer skills (Word and Excel). Detail‑oriented with multitasking, priority management, and time management skills. Can work in a fast‑paced environment.

Other Pertinent Job Information

The role requires regular standing, repetitive hand and arm movements, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift 15–30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Tile boxes longer than 36 inches or heavier than 70 lbs require a team lift.
