CASINO SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Depending on experience, the duties, responsibilities, points of service, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) below may be taught during the Casino Service Representative training process.
- Report to Slot Manager.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally and efficiently with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors.
- Dependable and punctual attendance is required, with flexibility in working schedule.
- Make HHR machine fills and jackpot payouts.
- Perform preventative maintenance, identify potential problems, and notify appropriate personnel.
- Keep machines clean and assist in maintaining a clean casino environment.
- Make change for guests as needed.
- Examine and sign jackpot tickets, and prepare related documents per SOPs.
- Verify and pay jackpot amounts to guests according to SOPs.
- Assist with ticket concerns and report issues to your supervisor.
- Provide information on ticket cashing kiosks.
- Reconcile daily redemption activity promptly, following SOPs.
- Load voucher paper and HHR tickets into machines as needed.
- Walk the gaming floor and explain game functionality to guests upon request.
- Perform general maintenance on HHR machines, such as replacing bulbs, buttons, clearing bill validators, and printer jams.
- Document maintenance activities in the Department Repair Log.
- Assist in resolving minor guest concerns or disputes.
- Oversee projects, assign work, and support casino operations as needed.
- Comply with gaming rules, federal anti-money laundering requirements, company policies, and IRS reporting.
- Learn and adhere to current and future company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
- Attend scheduled shifts and meetings punctually.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
