Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You’ll be the face (and voice!) of Domino’s, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service whether they call in, order online, or stop by the store.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, answer questions about menu and promotions, help with in-store tasks, and work with the team to ensure efficient service and happy customers.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a smile.
• Take accurate food orders and enter them into our system.
• Answer questions about our menu and promotions.
• Help with in-store tasks such as prepping food, and keeping the store clean.
• Work closely with the team to ensure efficient service and happy customers.
