Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule and dispatch appointments
  • Assign daily work and calls to team members
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to promote additional services
  • Complete work orders, handle customer calls, and respond to complaints
  • Organize office operations and review purchase orders
  • Perform other duties, including cross-training as needed
Job Requirements
  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Minimum one year of HVAC company experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are a plus
