Job description

If you're highly communicative, organized, and efficient, H & H Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. invites you to apply for this full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher position! Our Essington, PA office needs a polite and friendly person to dispatch HVAC technicians and ensure our customers' needs are met.

Depending on experience, you can earn $16.00 - $22.00/hour. We also have a terrific benefits package that includes:

  • 100% health coverage for employees after 90 days (spouse/family plans at employee's expense)

THE INS AND OUTS

THE SCHEDULE:

Our Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher works from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule HVAC appointments, and deliver professional customer service
  • Coordinate technicians' schedules and strategically dispatch techs to optimize their time
  • Sell comfort agreements to customers
  • Pull permits as needed

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
  • Time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation to succeed

HVAC and ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but not required.
