Position Overview:
Openwork is assisting the Harris County Tax Office in their search for Customer Service Representatives - Cashiers. In this role, you will provide friendly, efficient, and timely front-line customer service for automobile title transfers, vehicle registration stickers, and replacement plates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients.
• Handle and balance automobile transactions.
• Submit daily close-out and balancing reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive company image.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, including cash handling, monetary transactions, and data entry.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Proficient in data entry, with a minimum speed of 5,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).
• High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of on-site skills testing.
