Your duties will include greeting and assisting customers inside the store, offering retail items for sale, selling premium car wash services and memberships, and ensuring customers leave satisfied. Compensation: Average of $19 per hour (base pay + sales bonuses).

Schedule: Flexible schedules including daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend shifts to suit your availability.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, engaging attitude with a positive outlook and a desire to succeed.
• No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely.
• Compliance with health codes for food and beverage sales.
• Meet age requirements for tobacco and alcohol sales if applicable.
• Ability to complete required trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers proactively.
• Present and sell car wash services, memberships, and other retail options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment inside and outside the store.
• Keep merchandise stocked and displays well presented.
• Handle transactions accurately using all point-of-sale technology.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Other Functions:

• Perform administrative tasks like bank deposits and supply pickups.
• Perform various transactional functions as needed.
• Other duties as directed by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Extended standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities.
• Good vision and hearing, ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform arithmetic and operate data entry devices.
• Punctuality and attendance are essential.
