About the Role

We value our Customer Service team for their talent, commitment, and innovative spirit. We are seeking individuals who embody these qualities daily to join us as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling calls related to billing, products, lines of business, and claims coordination, including first notice of loss.

Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Call center billing or first notice of loss experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and escalate when necessary
  • Proficiency with basic computer commands and willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to work on the phone for extended periods
  • Accountability and receptiveness to feedback
Compensation and Schedule

This position offers an hourly wage of $17.75 - $19, with comprehensive benefits starting from day one. The initial training lasts approximately 6-7 weeks, during which the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST). Post-training, the schedule becomes a flexible Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST), with some holidays required.
