Job summary

Service Partners in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for local customers, handling orders, providing product information, and coordinating with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude, proficient computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems. Compensation is hourly and includes benefits; local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
