Job Description
We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with strong people skills to help operate a Domino's franchise store. The role includes a variety of responsibilities that support both in‑store operations and delivery services.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for delivery duties.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery is necessary.
General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Accurately take and process orders via telephone and in person.
- Good motor coordination to complete rapid, precise movements.
- Add orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
- Walking: Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location.
- Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck, with deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying: Large cans (3 lb, 7 oz) and pizza sauces (30 lb) are carried from the workstation to storage and delivery points.
- Pushing: Moving trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lbs of force).
- Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
- Forward bending: Necessary at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
- Crouching/Squatting: Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: Continuous reaching up, down, and forward. Reach above 72" occasionally to operate ovens and access shelves.
- Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, including multiple deliveries per shift.

- Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
