Job Duties

• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Perform accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide), may use calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Physical Demands

• CARRYING: Lifting and carrying large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each) and stacks (~24–30 trays). Requires pushing and pulling tasks such as moving trays on dollies (~7.5 lb). Reaching, lifting, and moving objects, including reaching above 72 inches, lifting to/from shelves.
• HAND TASKS: Continuous eye‑hand coordination; repetitive use of forearms, wrists, forceful pinching while shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard boxes. Grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel, and boxes.
