Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is hiring a Customer Service Rep to be the first contact for customers, providing friendly service and handling orders at 118 S Pearson Rd. This full-time CSR role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow within the Domino's brand.

You will receive training on the store's computer system and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas) and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Outgoing, upbeat attitude with solid communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, happy environment for customers while taking orders.

As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with Customers. Plus, we offer flexible hours.
