Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Central Mississippi location. The CSR will be the first contact with customers, take orders, and contribute to a positive store experience.

Training on our computer system will be provided, and flexible hours are available. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, representing a strong brand image, and delivering excellent customer service while learning inventory and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit in some areas).
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude and strong verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient order taking and customer service.
• Uphold and represent the Domino's brand image.
• Keep stores clean and sanitized for team and customers.
• Demonstrate ownership by resolving customer questions and issues.

Job Description

• As a Domino's Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every Customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism is vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers.
• As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with Customers. Plus, we offer flexible hours.
