Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Mississippi stores. You will be the first contact for customers, handling orders with a friendly attitude and ensuring a welcoming experience consistent with the Domino’s brand.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent service while supporting inventory and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
