Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to take orders, greet customers, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting. You are the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming experience and resolving issues with ownership.

You will uphold food safety standards, prepare products accurately, and help with inventory/restocking while enjoying a flexible schedule and team discounts. EEO compliant and non-exempt under FLSA, with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
