RPM Pizza is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Lafayette store. You will take orders, provide welcoming service, and uphold brand standards to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training through RPM Pizza College, and opportunities for growth within the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Job Description

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36\"–48\" high and reach shelves up to 72\".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
