RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will uphold brand standards, assist with daily operations, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and discounts, with training through RPM Pizza College.

Job Description

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

• Ability to work at stations 36\"–48\" high and reach shelves up to 72\".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
