Job summary

RPM Pizza, a major Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Representative for the 3676 Harding Blvd store. You will greet customers, take orders, and help ensure a welcoming experience in a fast-paced environment.

You are the first contact for customers, representing the Domino’s brand and maintaining store standards. RPM Pizza College offers ongoing training and development with growth opportunities within the chain.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
