Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Handle cash – make correct monetary change
• Deal with customer concerns and upsell
• Make Domino’s high quality pizzas – food and portion control, hygiene and food safety, food preparation
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients and maintain walk‑in cooler and storage areas
• Prepare product and receive telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders

Essential Functions / Physical Demands

• Operate dollies to move trays up to 30 feet requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force; trays may also be pulled
• Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks
• Stand, bend, squat, and reach forward continuously; forward bending at the pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds repeated throughout the day
• Use both hands for eye‑hand coordination activities such as shaping dough, opening boxes, and cleaning low areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills for handling orders
• Speed and accuracy in making precise movements with hands and fingers
• Strong motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers
