Prepare orders for food and beverages received, telephone, or personally from customer by using computer: edits orders received from price and nomenclature, informs customers of unit prices, delivery line, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, using telephone.

Enter data into computer to determine total cost for customer. Suggest menu items and substitutions for items not available, and answer questions regarding food or service. May collect monies in exchange for food orders. Stack pizza boxes and prepare labels in work area for easy access. Participate in keeping the store environment clean and friendly.

This position is considered unskilled and there are no specific educational requirements. The company provides on‑job training.

Experience is preferred. Essential communication skills include verbal communication with customers, other employees, and management. Must be at least 16 years old and available to work over the weekends (Friday to Sunday).
