RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Brownsburg, IN. This part-time role involves taking orders, upholding brand standards, and delivering friendly service to customers in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help maintain cleanliness, prepare products per standards, and support inventory and restocking while contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
