Job summary

RPM Pizza in Ponchatoula, LA is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience. You will join a team that values great service and brand standards across Domino’s stores.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and providing support to teammates in a fast-paced environment. No late-night shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older; work permit may be required in some locations.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work at stations 36-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
