Job summary

Health-Care-Solutions-At-Home in Pennsylvania seeks a patient-focused representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and document interactions in patient records. You will help assess needs, verify physician orders, and support compliance with care plans.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and basic data entry; training teammates may be part of duties. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
