Winchester Hospital, a leading regional hospital in the northwest suburban Boston area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves representing Winchester Hospital, Satellite facilities, and The Physicians Answering Service to the public, patients, and internal staff in a busy environment.

The position requires strong communication, typing ability, and teamwork. It involves operating a Windows PC, handling calls, and monitoring emergency systems to support ~200 physicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
• Previous customer and answering service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accurate spelling skills.
• Must be good team member.
• Able to interact with various levels of management, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Pay Range: $19.05 - $25.64

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
