Busy and growing painting franchise is looking for a sharp motivated person to be our Customer Service Rep. This is a work from home position and requires a motivated self starter.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers
• Confirming appointments
• Scheduling appointments and estimates
• Contacting painting crews
• Creating social posts and ads
• Answering multi‑channel customer inquiries
• Organizing and reviewing the work and sales calendar with the CEO

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Be able to use social platforms
• Be able to use a simple CRM system with minimal training
• Great organizational skills
• Bonus for some graphic and photo editing skills
• Bonus for bilingual Spanish speaker

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
