Lincare in Odessa, TX is seeking a customer service representative to communicate with customers by phone to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product/service needs in alignment with physician directives.

Responsibilities include documenting calls, entering orders, updating patient information, and ensuring accuracy in the computerized systems while providing education on products and services.

Qualifications

• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
