Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) through Pacific Instruments seeks a Customer Service Representative in Concord, California. You will be the key liaison for customers, processing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with sales, operations, planning, and finance to ensure a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. ERP/CRM experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative experience.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and managing orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and shipment updates.
• Process customer orders, returns, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, and coordinating customer requests.
