Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer communications associate in Watertown, NY. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assess patient needs for additional products or services, and ensure compliance with physician orders while educating customers about products and services.

You will document calls, enter orders, and keep demographic data up to date in the computerized system. Minimum high school education or GED with some related experience is required; training of staff may be involved.
