Lincare is seeking a customer-focused representative to communicate with patients, answer questions, resolve problems, and document interactions to support physician-directed care. The role includes accurate order entry and updating demographic information in the system.

Responsibilities involve inbound/outbound calls, customer education on products/services, training colleagues, and maintaining compliant records. A High School Diploma and basic computer entry skills are required.

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

Education & Experience:

Physical Demands:

This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
