SBM Management Services, LP in Austin, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while reporting hazards to supervision.

The candidate should have 3–6 months of training or experience; bilingual ability is a plus. The shift runs Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm, with a pay rate of $17–$18 per hour, and SBM offers

Competenze

• : Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
