A leading insurance company is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to work remotely. This role involves promoting self-service capabilities and assisting customers over the phone. Customer Relationship Specialist – Work Remote from Home. Location: Remote Position (Work from Home). Start Date: December 15, 2025. Training is provided: 9 Weeks of Training. Training Hours: 10:30AM - 7:00PM EST. Post Training Hours: 11:30AM - 8:00PM EST.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary based on performance, proficiency and demonstrated competencies. Base pay is part of The Hartford’s total compensation package, which may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and other rewards. Annualized base pay range: $31,360 - $51,720.
