Overview

Customer Relationship Specialist – Work Remote from Home. Location: Remote Position (Work from Home). Start Date: December 15, 2025. Training is provided: 9 Weeks of Training. Training Hours: 10:30AM - 7:00PM EST. Post Training Hours: 11:30AM - 8:00PM EST.

Responsibilities
  • Promote digital self service capabilities.
  • Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller\'s needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and The Hartford brand.
  • Assist customers over the phone.
  • Learn insurance products and processes in training environment.
  • Commit to the training and work schedule.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to empathize with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Spanish bilingual a plus.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary based on performance, proficiency and demonstrated competencies. Base pay is part of The Hartford’s total compensation package, which may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and other rewards. Annualized base pay range: $31,360 - $51,720.
